Subjective:
The patient was referred to our office for surgical extraction of bilateral mandibular supernumerary premolars.Objective:
Medical history revealed a 17 y.o. white male with no known drug allergies or serious illnesses. Family history, social history, and review of systems were noncontributory. There was no history of any medications. The patient had completed orthodontic treatment and extraction of teeth #'s 1, 16, 17, and 32.
