Subjective:
The patient is a 11 y.o. female referred to our office for evaluation of tooth # 10 and exposure with gold chain bonding to tooth # 11.
Objective:
Medical history revealed the patient to be a healthy 11 y.o. female with a Class II malocclusion. Radiographs revealed possible root resorption of tooth # 10 and impaction of tooth # 11.

- Root Resorption tooth # 10
- Impacted Tooth # 11
