Subjective:
The patient is a 13 y.o.female who was referred to our office for evaluation and treatment of her ankyloglossia. The patient was referred by her orthodontist and pediatric dentist.
Objective:
Medical history was negative. Oral examination revealed the patient to have limited protrusion of her tongue secondary to a hyperplastic lingual frenulum.
Assessment:
- Ankyloglossia (Tongue Tie)
